Upon entering the main roster, everyone immediately knew that Giulia would be a force to be reckoned with. Unfortunately for Zelina Vega, Giulia has her eyes set on the Women’s United States Champion. Giulia had everyone confused when she helped out Vega in her match against Piper Niven a number of weeks ago. But the question of “Why would Giulia help Zelina Vega?” was all answered in short order. The answer is simple: Giulia wants to take the Women’s U.S. Title from Vega while she’s at the top of her game. Vega has been a fighting champion throughout her run.

Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton used to be the best of friends, and they were riding high for most of 2024. Stratton was Ms. Money in the Bank, and Jax was the reigning WWE Women’s Champion, until that fateful night in January of 2025. Stratton officially kicked off “Tiffy Time” by cashing in on her friend and mentor, becoming WWE Women’s Champion. Since then, Jax has been on the revenge trail, looking to get back at Stratton and regain the title. This week, Jax will have the opportunity to kill two birds with one stone. However, it won’t be easy, as she faces off against Stratton in a Last Woman Standing Match with the WWE Women’s Title on the line. Tiffany Stratton is no longer the same competitor she was just one year ago, having become one of the youngest and most dominant champions in WWE history. On top of that, she beat one of the best to ever do it in Charlotte Flair at WWE WrestleMania 41. Jax will have to reassess her game plan. Even though she thinks she knows Stratton’s every move, Tiffany has risen so high that she will stop at nothing to keep the hardware around her waist. Women’s United States Champion Zelina Vega will put the title on the line against Giulia. The former NXT Champion, Giulia, has been on a tear since her main roster debut last month. Although Vega, despite her size, has proven incredibly tough to pin. Meanwhile, Giulia hasn’t hesitated to use underhanded tactics to secure a win, and such might be the case tonight as we likely will witness a new Women’s US Champion. John Cena on last week’s show got the better of the exchange between him and his Night of Champions opponent, CM Punk. Cena put Punk through a table and delivered a scathing promo, reminiscent of Punk’s own iconic pipebomb promo. Punk will likely not take kindly to the humiliation and the fiery accusation by Cena, who is set for an appearance on the show. Punk will likely interfere during the segment, attacking the Champion to deliver the final promo ahead of their clash.
