The February 13 episode of Friday Night SmackDown will continue to build towards the Elimination Chamber premium live event. That’s why WWE has planned a strong lineup to make sure fans are entertained from the very beginning. Tonight’s WWE SmackDown promises to deliver high drama and storylines that will keep fans on the edge of their seats. With appearances from Liv Morgan and more, it’s bound to be a show you won’t want to miss. WWE SmackDown will air from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas, starting at 8 PM ET on SyFy and also on-demand viewing.
Cody Rhodes will duke it out with Jacob Fatu and Sami Zayn in a triple threat match in order to determine who will qualify for the Men’s Elimination Chamber match. Cody and Fatu have a lot of hatred towards each other after Fatu cost Cody the Undisputed WWE title last month, while Zayn is also determined to become a World Champion. So we’ll have to see who will qualify in the end. Giulia will compete against Alexa Bliss and Giulia in a Women’s Elimination Chamber qualifying match. All three women have an equal chance at winning the bout, so it remains to be seen who’ll get to compete at Elimination Chamber.
Jade Cargill will finally put her WWE Women’s Championship on the line against Jordynne Grace after weeks of feuding. Grace has been determined to show the world what she’s made of, and Cargill has promised to make short work of Grace. So we’ll have to see who’ll walk out as the champion in the end. Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY defend the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships against Nia Jax & Lash Legend. Finally, Rey Fenix will square off against Trick Williams in singles competition. Jordynne Grace has made huge waves since becoming a part of the SmackDown roster, immediately going for the “baddest b*tch” in the yard in the form of WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill. Suffice it to say, Cargill has been absolutely dominant since becoming WWE Women’s Champion, essentially swatting every challenger in sight to the wayside to remain as WWE’s top champion.
However, Jade has never met someone quite like Jordynne Grace. A mixture of strength, speed, and raw athleticism, Jordynne Grace is an absolute specimen. These two have gone at it back and forth, gotten into verbal altercations that occasionally turned physical. Grace and Cargill would find themselves teaming up and actually scoring a win in tag team action on last week’s SmackDown. Even then, Jade and Jordynne could only hold it together for a split second before they were at each other’s throats once again, and that’s why SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis decided that enough was enough. These two powerhouses need to settle this once and for all. Friday night on SyFy, it’s Jordynne Grace challenging Jade Cargill for the WWE Women’s Championship!
