The December 12 episode of Friday Night SmackDown is expected to be a really solid show. It’s the go-home episode before Saturday Night’s Main Event, so the focus will be on building up that event. Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley square off against Aleister Black and Zelina Vega in mixed tag team action. This is the first time the Terror Twins will team up in a long time, so there’s plenty of excitement about their reunion. So we’ll have to see how they’ll fare against Black and Vega. The United States Championship will be on the line as reigning champion Ilja Dragunov defends his title against Tommaso Ciampa. This feud has been building up for a while, and it reached a boiling point when Ciampa inadvertently helped Dragunov retain the title last week, which really angered him. So it remains to be see how Ciampa will fare against The Mad Dragon.
Alexa Bliss will be duking it out with Lash Legend in singles competition. This comes after Legend and Nia Jax jumped Bliss and Charlotte Flair last week, which set up the match. So, fans are excited to see how Little Miss Bliss will fare against Legend. After weeks of toying with Tommaso Ciampa, United States Champion Ilja Dragunov finally puts the gold on the line tonight against that jackass. The fun and games came to an end last week when Ciampa ruined the end of Dragunov’s title defense against Carmelo Hayes. Dragunov plans to close the book on Ciampa’s title chase tonight, while also hoping he doesn’t get any more creepy backstage visits from Tama Tonga.
