Welcome one and all to our coverage of tonight's NXT Heatwave! I'm foregoing the usual episode preview article but we will have a Quick Recap up tonight. Tonight's show starts at 7pm EST--and for the timezonally challenged, that's 6pm Central, 5pm Mountain, and 4pm Pacific. Tonight's event is coming to us LIVE from the Lowell Auditorium in beautiful Lowell, MA. Go ahead and bookmark his page as it'll transition to live results later today.
Tonight's card, as of this writing and per the official preview, has six matches. NXT Champion Oba Femi defends against Je'Von Evans in what should be our main event. Hank & Tank will put their NXT Tag Team Championship on the line against the Dark State. TNA Knockouts Champion Jacy Jayne is in action as she defends her TNA title in a triple-threat against Masha Slamovich and Ash by Elegance. Also scheduled tonight, we'll see Blake Monroe taking on Jordynne Grace in what should be a solid contest. Also on tap: Chelsea Green & Ethan Page face Tyra Mae Steele & Tavion Heights in a mixed tag match. And last, but not least, Jaida Parker looks to tumble with Kelani Jordan and Lola Vice in another triple-threat spar.
WWE kicked off 2025 but mixing up where you can watch its programming, and it will be doing the same to kick off 2026. For the rest of 2025, however, WWE's PLEs will air live wherever you regularly watch them. That means Heatwave will be live and on-demand on Peacock in the US, and Netflix, along with all other WWE programming in most other places around the world. The NXT locker room will be heading to Lowell, Massachusetts for Heatwave, with its next PLE taking place in the Lowell Memorial Auditorium. Fitting that the brand is taking Heatwave back to the north east, what with the show's ECW roots.
Blake Monroe saw the chance to make a name for herself upon arrival in NXT by buddying up with Jordynne Grace. Monroe then seized the opportunity to make an even bigger name for herself by turning on Grace on a huge stage, Evolution, costing her a chance to win the NXT Women's Title. That has forced Grace to put her title hunt on pause as she seeks payback, and she will get that payback at Heatwave. There's nothing tangible on the line in this one. Just Grace looking for revenge, and Monroe attempting to prove she was right to pick a fight with the former Knockouts Champion and quickly establish herself as won of the top stars in NXT.
