The September 2 episode of WWE NXT looks like a show fans won’t want to miss at all. It will build towards the No Mercy Premium Live Event, so fans can expect exciting matches all night. Tonight’s episode of NXT has a ton of action in store for fans. With the likes of Oba Femi, Ricky Saints and more on the show, it’s definitely something fans shouldn’t miss. WWE NXT will air live from the WWE Performance Centre in Orlando, Florida, starting at 8 PM ET on the CW Network.
Last week, Ricky Saints earned a shot at Oba Femi’s NXT Championship by defeating Josh Briggs, only for both men to be attacked by DarkState. Now Saints and Femi will team up with Hank Walker and Tank Ledger to take on DarkState in a huge eight-man tag team match. So we’ll have to see who will come out on top in the end. The road to No Mercy kicks off with the opening round of the Speed Championship Tournament. SmackDown’s Candice LeRae will face TNA star Xia Brookside, with the winner moving one step closer to challenging Sol Ruca for the Speed Championship at No Mercy. Therefore, fans are looking forward to seeing who will advance in the tournament.
The rivalry between Lash Legend and Jaida Parker has been building up for quite a while now and it will all come to a head on NXT this week as they will square off against each other in a singles match. So it remains to be seen who’ll walk out the winner. Tensions have been rising very high between Jaida Parker and Lash Legend over the past few weeks, and this week on NXT, we will finally get a singles match between the two. It is bound to be a great bout as they are both phenomenal in-ring competitors. Both women want a chance at the NXT Women’s Championship. Who knows, maybe after No Mercy, one of these women will be next in line.
