The April 29th episode of WWE NXT is shaping up to be an exciting show. This is because there are lots of matches and segments planned to keep the action going as NXT builds toward its next big event. Tonight’s episode of NXT has a ton of action in store for fans. With the likes of IYO SKY, Ricky Saints and more on the show, it’s definitely something fans shouldn’t miss. WWE NXT will air live from the Capitol Wrestling Center in Orlando, Florida, starting at 8 PM ET.
The newly crowned NXT Tag Team Champions Hank & Tank are wasting no time showing the world they deserve to be champions as they will defend the titles against Josh Briggs and Yoshiki Inamura on NXT this week, so we’ll have to see how they will fare in their first title defense. Tony D’Angelo and Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo will meet face-to-face for the first time since Lorenzo’s shocking betrayal at Stand & Deliver. The betrayal was something no one saw coming, as they had been working together since 2022, so fans are looking forward to seeing what they will have to say to each other.
IYO SKY will be making her way to NXT this week after Roxanne Perez and Giulia made their presence felt on the April 28th edition of Monday Night Raw. Fans are definitely excited to see the Women’s World Champion on NXT as she is sure to steal the show in a big way. Ricky Saints has been on a roll as the NXT North American Champion for the past few weeks, and he is now set to put his title on the line against Lexis King. It was originally supposed to be a title for title match, but that was before he lost the Heritage Cup to a returning Noam Dar. Regardless, we’ll have to see how King will fare against Saints during NXT this week.
